Santa came again!
He is clearly NOT my morning person.
The littles have to wait until the bigs get placed in the living room.
And then the maham begins! Notices the mean bedhead on this kiddo!
He REALLY wanted to make this thing go!
And someone was excited about his Power Rangers! He LOVES action figures!
It has been a challenge to get this kid interested in riding a bike. Hopefully, this changes his mind!
This face is the face of confusion because these stockings have gum, tic tacs, oranges, apples and nuts. Tradition.
Boymoms are responsible for removing action figures from these
But in the end, I am his hero and I make goofy faces with no makeup. Welcome to Christmas morning!!
This boy was just happy shooting this foam gun at the duck's mouth!
Who knows what fish tale is being told here?!?!
I love her something fierce!
He would be good for the day at this point.
Sweet boys. Our favorite gift is "the box" Completely filled with randomness - underwear, gift cards, games, kitchen tools, socks, candy, etc.
ALL of us are obsessed!
I love this happy face. He was pumped to be able to pass out gifts. He never gets to be the elf, so he was very excited!Of course then he had to help Papa. Bless him!
Best Papa ever. And for those who don't know the joke, Dane told Papa FOREVER that he was going to get him a ballerina for Christmas. He never backed down about this. Insert the momma who calls his Aunt Meg to borrow a cute little ballerina from her Christmas tree... perfect moment.
Shoes. He is OBSESSED with shoes. He is a happy boy too!
More happy peeps!
Nothing better than Nerf guns!!
I love that he comes up with something special from him every year. This year it was a canvas picture frame he colored himself. LOVE!Such a sweet kiddo!
And he made two boxes that have pop up pictures inside. He planed them out, placed the pictures and wrapped them by himself. Preciousness.
And then they stacked up all their gifts and created Nerf forts. They are so fun!
So much fun!!Even Papa got in on the action!
This is their dad... not to be confused with the children.
He is all mine, ladies!
Rock 'em, Sock 'em with Gaga and Papa! Such a throwback to my childhood.
I love this. I love their love for each other!Sweet boy wanted his turn.
But before he decided to get on the go cart, he took a spin on his new bike!
This kid was like a kid on Christmas... wait.
When he insists he needs to ride, I take one for the team.
And the hubs takes one for the team? I am not sure what is happening here! BAHAHA!
Could they be any cuter?!?!
Nice catch!
Nice work, buddy!!
I did finally let big brother drive little brother. What you can't hear is "Slow down" "Be careful" "Easy on that turn" Yes, I am a little much sometimes.
My goodness, I love these two so much!!
And then it was time for the hubs to straighten up on his bet he made a bajillion years ago. You know, the "I will try anything" one! It started years ago with pickled pigs feet and today it is pickled quail eggs. My dad knows how to turn his stomach.
At least he is nice and does the challenge with Ryan.
The hubs looks a little hesitant.Cheers!
"This was NOT a good idea"
I don't think he liked them either.
Yep, there is the bite.
Best.face.ever!
And then they drank some weird concoction my dad brought from overseas. I think it tasted like soda.
And then we were dressed and off for the day. Yes, the hubs is wearing his half-naked Santa suit.
And then we headed to the in-laws. Lots of kiddos, lots of adults, lots of laughs. It is just a good ol' time.
And this is the face of a kid who is super excited for his new present but his momma wants a picture. BAHAHA!!
He tried. He looks a little creepy but he tried.
This dude was pretty pumped too! Notice they both have wrapping paper specific to them. Genius thing my MIL did a few years ago. Every kid gets their own wrapping.
I mean, you can literally see the chaos around him (including the half-naked Santa suit!)
And these Hills for the win with the Steelers lego helmet for Ben. The kids trade names and the hubs found this beauty on Amazon. He was so excited!!
Could he be any cuter!!
Smiling so big that his neck is stressed. Hilarious!!
Sweet boy was more concerned with handing everything out and making sure his cousins/brother was happy before opening anything for himself. He is just preciousness. And, in true Chaz style, he had something special for Mah.
She got a hand colored canvas from him as well! He is so very thoughtful!
AND WE HAVE TEARS!! This is really our ultimate goal for every Christmas/Mother's Day/Birthday. I know, it isn't right, but it is such a fun competition between the kids/grandkids. We always get a goo laugh. She laughs too, so it is ok.
And, as with every year, these yeah-whos CHOOSE to eat the gross food that the hubs is made to eat. That is right, we carry the "left overs" to the in-laws and let them feast. #grossness
They enjoy it, which is disturbing.
Then the kiddos gather to sing the a poem written years ago by Cam and Marcy to the tune of Twelve Days of Christmas. Secretly it is just their way of "legally" being able to scream "FIVE DAMMIT JIMS" Inside joke and family tradition. Raising them right!
And then we played a game.....and I promised these pictures wouldn't surface. But they have, because they are awesome. Sorry, folks!
I LOVE Jackson in the background on these two. He is dying!!
Oh Campbell.
Phenominal Christmas, as usual it was spent with the people we love SO much! Lots of love and laughter!
