Jack Jack turns 2!

What does this little boy mean to our family?.... He is a blessing, a wonderful nephew, a great pal to Chaz, a bundle of joy and laughter to the rest of us! We are SO happy that Chaz has so many close cousins (both in age and proximity) Jackson is only 2 months younger than Chaz. He was born the day before Thanksgiving two years ago (insert many "turkey" jokes for years to come) I love watching my little one and this little one grow up alongside each other. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
When their lives began and they started to show their personalities we decided Chaz was going to be the instigator and get into everything while Jackson sat back and laughed. This was the case for the first year and a half or so.. but times have changed. Jackson has really come into his own. He is definitely "into things" and Chaz just loves having a partner in crime.. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
For his birthday party we went to JumpZone in Bentonville. If you have kids and haven't been here you are missing out. This is like Disneyworld! We (including the adults--don't forget your socks SALLY!) had the greatest time. The slides are HUGE and big enough for the parents to get in and enjoy the fun!

You can tell from this face that Jackson was having the time of his life!Adalynn
Anna
bIRthDay BoY!

Ben and Fletcher playing in the Bubble Gum jumper..
Brandon (action shot!!)
Ben looks a little lost.. and doesn't look to be having fun.. But he really did!
Eli had a blast. He moved the entire time and at 8 thousand miles and hourSee even I got into the fun! I tell you it was a blast.. You climbed to the top (ok that part wasn't fun) put the kiddo on your lap and away you go!!!
This slide was HUGE! First it took forever to get to the top and my thighs were killing me.. but it was worth the climb. It was SO fast I felt like we were going to fly through the end of the slide.
This picture cracks me up. I promise the kids had a great time too! It looks like Nathan is torturing Sid. But when she got to the bottom she had a grin from ear to ear. I am sure her face was hurting by the time she left!
and yes the kids are big enough to go by themselves! Chaz had a blast!
This picture looks like a complete mess but it had a really funny story. I was sitting at the bottom of the slide ready to get a great action shot of Fletcher and Chaz. I was looking through the lens waiting for the perfect shot. Well the boys were moving so fast that by the time I got my camera to shoot they were flying off the end of the slide landing on me. They thought it was hilarious!!
Ryan and Izzy getting into the action with the boys!
and I guess you don't have to ride with your kid in order to go down the slides.. cameron... Sidney.. again she doesn't look too happy but she really had a good time. I was just off in my timing on the picture. Isn't she a doll?!?!
Ryan has a major love for the twins. At every family event you can find him holding one all the time.. Today's friend.. Brandon!
And the group shot.. Have you ever tried to get kids from 1-6 sit still? Some are missing, some are melting but this is probably the best of the 8 or 9 that I took in the matter of 15 seconds..
After fun time the JumpZone people usher you into a party room where everything is set for the little ones. There is an AMAZING birthday kid chair (see below)

CUPCAKE!!!

Sidney digging in!
Kynzie--yep the dreaded blue icing..
Ashlen.. how did she stay so clean???
If these three were not exhausted they could be trouble :)
what is the deal with eating the cupcake from the top. and AGH the dreaded blue icing.. (note: i don't judge as I had it for Chaz's birthday as well .. it is cute I just hate cleaning it off clothes and kids) This is hands down the most awkward hug photo ever taken. I told the guys to grab the boys for a group shot. Cam told Jackson to hug Chaz which he did.. but with his hand on Chaz's mouth, Chaz then decided to hug Ryan. Both Cam and Ryan are insanely tense. Oh it just makes me laugh. I could have tried for a second take but why? this is funny!
Still at JumpZone. They have little stools next to the Foosball tables. So chaz decided he wanted to play. He was actually pretty good and understood the basics quickly.
and his daddy was sweet enough to play a game with him..
after JumpZone we headed down the Fayetteville for lunch, presents and a Hog game at Jackson's house.

Jackson and Chaz immediately retreated to the play room where they sat in the blowup and ate goldfish. Anytime someone would try to go in and check on them Chaz would get up and shut the door. Jackson got a tricycle for his birthday and in true chaz style he figure out a way they could both use it at the same time.. he is notorious for things like this..
He then sat on the back step. It soon became obvious that this was not the best mode of dual operation.
Look how excited he is about his puzzle. Love it!
The boys playing together..
Jackson has a pink stroller (don't ask) that the boys love. Chaz wanted to sit in it and Jackson wanted to push it. They both thought it was such a good time.

Happy Birthday Jackson! You are a light in our lives and cannot wait to share many many more birthdays for years to come!!
