So this is a shameless plug to sell a FANTASTIC house!! I love our house but we need a little more room. This house will always hold great memories for me and my family. This is the first house Ryan and I bought after we got married, this is a house we spent a LOT of blood sweat and tears remodeling and this is the house where i brought my sweet little baby home!!

This is the front of our house, HUGE mature trees in both the front and backyard.. and my favorite is that we have a cherry blossom tree in the backyard...come april it is beautiful!! We are also a short walk to gulley park which has been great for us over the years
This is our kitchen.. oh you should have seen it before.. the cabinets were yucky wood.. the floors were decorative laminate, bad light fixtures and the countertops were pink.. we remodeled everything and love it!!the other angle into the eat in kitchen.. and the TV stays!

This is our laundry room... same song and dance as the kitchen.. new cabinet paint, floors, lighting, handles, etc...

This is our dining room... absolute favorite room in the house.. obviously we painted, replaced the light, etc.. but as you see it opens into the living room which really opens up the house. Also you can't see it in the picture but the sidewall has a really cool texture treatment on the bottom half of the wall.

This is our master bedroom in which all of the changes have been made and it has a tray ceiling.

This is our garage which we use as a game room. The garage door (functioning) is insulated so it works as a room.....and the floors have carpet. We spend 90% of our time in this room.
